테이스팅 노트
잔을 코끝으로 가져가면 라투르 와인 캐스크를 거친 이 브흐이클라딕이 옅은 꿀과 잘 익은 멜론의 부드러운 단맛으로 먼저 인사한다. 잔을 살짝 기울여 다시 맡으면 신선한 바닐라와 레몬그라스 사이로 아일라의 바다 공기가 은근히 스며든다. 46도를 한 모금 머금으면 배의 청량함이 먼저 퍼진다. 뒤이어 풋풋한 오크와 설탕에 절인 생강이 중반을 채우며 살짝 풀 같은 기운을 남긴다. 혀끝으로 천천히 굴리면 멜론의 단맛이 한층 또렷해진다. 삼키면 옅은 소금기와 녹차의 씁쓸함이 혀끝에 남아 16년의 깔끔한 균형을 마무리한다.

Bruichladdich’s light and fresh fruitiness goes well with active white oak and this nose proves that, as we have an easy and very clean mixture of light honey, ripe melons, fresh vanilla and lemon grass that’s most pleasant and kind of Balvenie-ish, in a way, although this one has also some fresh coastal notes, rather more of them than in most other Laddies I could try (sea air). Very nice but maybe a notch less ‘full and satisfying’ than the new Ten
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
starts on pears, with less creaminess than the Ten. It’s also greener, a little less full, with a middle that’s rather grassier and oakier than expected. Touches of candied ginger, a little angelica
