테이스팅 노트
아일라 서안의 바닷바람과 개방적인 증류 방식이 브룩라디의 밝고 해안적인 성격을 만든다. 다크 스트로 빛 아래 옅은 꿀과 잘 익은 멜론, 신선한 바닐라와 레몬그라스가 깨끗하게 퍼지고 뒤로 바다 공기가 배어 나온다. 짐 빔 버번과 아메리칸 오크에서 16년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 서양배와 풋풋한 풀, 설탕에 절인 생강으로 이어지며 46도의 균형이 단단하다. 여운은 중간 길이로 옅은 짠맛과 오크의 녹차 같은 쌉쌀함을 남긴다.

Bruichladdich’s light and fresh fruitiness goes well with active white oak and this nose proves that, as we have an easy and very clean mixture of light honey, ripe melons, fresh vanilla and lemon grass that’s most pleasant and kind of Balvenie-ish, in a way, although this one has also some fresh coastal notes, rather more of them than in most other Laddies I could try (sea air). Very nice but maybe a notch less ‘full and satisfying’ than the new Ten
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
