연한 볏짚빛이 잔에 맑게 담긴 브룩라디 10년 린스 프라이빗 캐스크는 와인 호그스헤드에서 숙성된 아일라의 젊은 몰트다. 향에서는 갓 구운 빵과 잘 익은 사과, 멜론 위로 바닐라와 톱밥의 결이 오른다. 입에서는 젊고 날것 같은 오크에 밀가루와 바닐라, 새콤한 나무의 스파이스가 겹쳐진다. 50도의 힘을 지나 오크의 나무 향이 도드라지는 여운이 중간 길이로 남는다.
