75퍼센트의 아메리칸 오크와 25퍼센트의 와인 캐스크가 만난 8년이 브룩라디다운 산뜻함을 그대로 지킨다. 향은 시트러스를 중심에 두고 옐로 멜론과 자몽, 인동꽃과 바닐라를 가볍게 끌어온다. 입에서는 레몬 껍질을 깨무는 듯한 신맛과 풀내음이 팽팽하게 이어지고, 와인 캐스크의 흔적은 과하지 않게 균형을 잡는다. 50도의 힘을 품은 채 풀향과 함께 짭짤한 여운이 미디엄 길이로 이어지며, 옅은 짚빛이 잔에 남는다.

totally coherent, actually even more citrusy and globally citric. Perhaps even a little extreme as far as bitter and sour citrus is concerned, we’re almost biting into lemon peel. Young northern sauvignon blanc. So much for avoiding wine wood! It’s also very grassy. With water: once again water polishes it, and lets the traditional melons come out. More lemon flesh than peel
