밀짚처럼 옅은 색을 보고 예상을 조정한 뒤 향을 맡으면 마른 풀과 요구르트, 버터와 딜이 뜻밖에 산뜻하게 오른다. 50도의 한 모금은 굵고 힘차되 단맛이 있어 삶은 사과와 캔디 슈거가 스친다. 삼킨 뒤에는 홍차와 커피콩의 쌉쌀함이 풀 냄새와 함께 길게 끌린다.
