백포도주를 닮은 옅은 빛이 잔 속에 맑게 비친다. 버번 배럴에서 20년을 보낸 이 위스키는 셰리로 이름을 알린 증류소치고는 뜻밖에 담백하다. 기름지고 도톰한 보리의 향에 노란 들꽃과 오렌지 껍질이 겹치고 버터 크림의 부드러움이 뒤를 감싼다. 46도의 입안은 매끄럽게 미끄러지듯 흐르며 캐모마일과 꿀, 버터 케이크의 단맛을 남긴다. 여운은 길고 기름진 결을 유지한 채 꿀의 잔향으로 조용히 닫힌다.
