테이스팅 노트
옅은 금빛이 잔 안에서 조용하게 빛난다. 셰리의 기운은 부드럽게 눌려 있고 대추와 무화과, 건포도와 자두가 스펀지 케이크와 초콜릿, 마멀레이드로 이어지며 자파 케이크 같은 인상을 남긴다. 40도의 입안은 생각보다 밝고 도톰해 스콘과 홍차, 마멀레이드 한 숟갈이 겹친다. 여운은 짧고 속삭이듯 잦아들며 흙내와 셰리의 잔향만 남는다.
