테이스팅 노트
짙은 금빛이 잔 속에서 진하게 가라앉는다. 오크의 존재감이 앞서는 향으로 견과와 향신료, 이끼와 마른 찻잎이 뒤엉키고 물을 더하면 호두 껍질과 구두약 같은 어두운 냄새가 열린다. 55.1도의 입안은 뜨겁고 매워 오크 향신료와 쓴 오렌지, 키르슈가 강하게 밀려온다. 19년의 시간보다 나무의 목소리가 큰 술이며 여운은 길고 날카롭게 남는다.
