잔을 흔들면 옅은 호박빛이 천천히 돌고 코를 가져가는 순간 예전 방식의 셰리 향이 밀려 나온다. 말린 과일 위로 잘 익은 초록 과일이 겹치고 낙엽과 코코아 그리고 담뱃잎이 뒤따라 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 40도라는 도수가 무색하게 무화과와 대추 그리고 프랄린이 빽빽하게 입을 채우고 에스프레소와 가죽이 이어진다. 삼키면 낙엽 같은 가을 향과 가죽이 중간 길이로 남으며 마른 기운이 뒤를 정리한다.
