잔에 담긴 색은 진한 금빛으로 오래 묵은 온기를 비춘다. 이 보틀링의 향은 구운 땅콩과 건초, 브라운 슈거와 크렘 브륄레가 층을 이루며 코냑 같은 달큰함이 살짝 얹힌다. 40도의 혀 위에서는 커피 리큐어와 카사타, 건포도의 단맛이 둥글게 굴러간다. 스페이사이드 10년 숙성다운 절제된 마무리가 감초와 얼그레이의 흔적을 짧게 남기고 사라진다.
