깊은 황금빛이 잔 바닥에 고요히 고인다. 향은 무겁지 않게 열리며 볶은 견과와 마른 건초, 카푸치노와 흑설탕, 갓 구운 케이크의 온기가 차례로 다가온다. 40도의 입안 역시 그 결을 따라 호두 케이크와 버터스카치, 건포도가 둥글게 이어진다. 여운은 짧지만 멘톨과 감초, 얼그레이의 향이 스치고 마지막에는 마른 탄닌의 떫음이 옅게 남는다.
