테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 구식 셰리의 인상이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 말린 과일에 잘 익은 청과일이 겹치고 낙엽과 코코아, 담배, 약간의 짭짤한 란치오가 차례로 드러난다. 팰럿은 고소한 견과와 초콜릿을 축으로 무화과와 대추, 건포도, 프랄린이 촘촘하게 이어지며 에스프레소의 쌉쌀함이 뒤를 받친다. 40도라 무게는 가볍지만 밀도는 충분하다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 낙엽과 가죽의 여운이 깊게 머문다.
