테이스팅 노트
커피처럼 검붉은 빛이 잔 속에 깊게 잠겨 있다. 향은 카카오 꼬투리와 갓 볶은 커피콩, 군밤이 뒤섞여 묵직하게 올라오고 물을 더하면 셰리 창고의 눅진한 공기가 드러난다. 49.6도의 입은 부드럽게 시작해 초콜릿과 마멀레이드, 건포도와 옅은 소금기, 훈제한 소고기까지 밀도를 올린다. 15년을 보낸 이 소사이어티 24.92번은 흠 잡을 데가 드물다. 여운은 아주 길게 이어지며 끝에 후추의 얼얼함을 남긴다.
