향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
화이트 와인처럼 창백한 빛이 잔에 얕게 담긴다. 향은 곡물과 연기로 시작해 부싯돌과 성냥, 석탄 화덕을 떠올리게 하는 미네랄로 옮겨간다. 갓 벤 풀과 젖은 건초가 그 사이를 지나며 1974년 매캘란답지 않은 거친 매력을 만든다. 50.5도의 입은 달게 열렸다가 농축된 레몬즙과 씨앗의 날카로움으로 조여들고 시간이 갈수록 쌉쌀함이 짙어진다. 여운은 레몬 껍질과 스피릿의 기운을 길게 남긴다.

sweet and full-bodied attack, very youngish this time. Something acrid, alas. Some smoke again but not too much, the whole developing on lemon seeds, concentrated lemon juice, with something Sugarish in the background. Not too ‘Macallanish’, whatever that means nowadays. Gets also bitterer with time
timer 피니시
long, on spirit and lemon zests. In short, it’s rather sharp but not exactly unbalanced, and the nose was quite interesting. 80 points . Macallan 1974/2001 (50.5%, Scott's Selection)
