향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 초콜릿과 브라우니, 흙내를 머금은 버섯 뉘앙스로 시작하지만 지속력이 짧아 금세 옅어진다. 팰럿에서는 정향과 마멀레이드, 초콜릿 케이크가 잠시 힘을 내다가 다시 가늘어진다. 40도라는 낮은 도수가 질감의 한계를 드러내는 대목이다. 다만 오렌지 계열의 산미는 끝까지 자리를 지킨다. 피니시는 짧고 얇지만 초콜릿을 입힌 오렌지 케이크의 인상이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

sure it’s not big, but it is rather nice, despite a few disturbing whiffs of pencil shavings. Large-brand chocolate, brownies, garden peat (and other earthy things), dried porcinis… Sadly, it really fades away after just two minutes, to the point where I’m thinking I should have used an amplifying glass instead of my faithful tulip glass. Goodbye!

ah, more power now, at least for a while. More oomph and flavours than in the Double Cask, cloves, marmalade, chocolate cake, pecan pie… But then, again, it tends to become thin. What’s nicer is that oranges remain there
timer 피니시
short and thin, but not as evanescent as the humble Double Cask. Orange cake covered with chocolate
