잔을 흔들면 짙은 앰버빛이 무겁게 돌아 내려온다. 코를 가져가면 위스키보다 코냑에 가까운 인상이 먼저 다가와 건포도와 자두가 끝없이 반복되고 캐러멜 바 같은 단내가 뒤를 채운다. 한 모금을 머금으면 오렌지와 꿀이 번갈아 나타나고 그 아래 몰트의 곡물감이 버티고 있다. 바디는 43도에 걸맞게 안정적이다. 삼키면 감초와 탄 듯한 쓴맛, 커피 찌꺼기의 여운이 남는다. 1958년 빈티지를 담은 이 디캔터의 개성이 그대로 드러난다.
