향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 말린 과일 잼과 건포도가 가장 먼저 코에 닿는다. 이어 무화과와 마지팬이 겹치며 스페이사이드 셰리 숙성의 전형적인 윤곽이 그려진다. 한 모금을 머금으면 젤리빈 같은 둥근 단맛이 혀를 덮고 과일 페이스트의 촉감이 뒤따른다. 강렬하기보다 잘 맞물린 인상이라 천천히 삼키게 된다. 넘긴 뒤에는 시럽 같은 질감이 중간 길이로 남는다. 1991년에 증류해 2004년에 담은 이 보틀링은 43도에서 편안한 균형을 지킨다.
