테이스팅 노트
노즈는 향기롭고 꽃 쪽으로 기울며 그 사이로 나무 연기가 옅게 스친다. 곡물의 생기가 살아 있고 캐모마일과 캐러멜이 시간이 지나며 발전한다. 팰럿은 초반에 단맛이 앞서 캐러멜과 설탕에 절인 오렌지가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 셰리 버트 표기에 비해 셰리의 개입은 매우 절제되어 있으며 46도의 흐름은 단정하다. 1991년 원액을 14년 담은 이 보틀링은 복합성보다 균형으로 읽힌다.

starts a little sugary, with quite some caramel and crystallized oranges. Very little sherry – there probably isn’t any and a balanced but simple finish.
