향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 향이 크게 열리며 신선한 파인애플과 재, 가구 광택제 냄새가 한꺼번에 올라온다. 코를 더 가져가면 오렌지 꽃물과 백단, 민트와 볶은 땅콩의 향이 층을 이룬다. 한 모금을 머금으면 51.6도의 공격이 강하고 오크 탄닌이 곧 혀를 조이며 레몬 껍질과 녹차의 쓴맛으로 넘어간다. 25년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 삼킨 뒤 떫은 나무 맛을 오래 붙들고 있다.

ha-ha, this seems to be big. Not unlike the Spinola but with much, much more zing. Big notes of fresh pineapples and ashes, wood polish, orange blossom water, sandalwood, mint, a little lavender, violet sweets, roasted peanuts, sesame oil... And a little oak to sustain the whole. I like this nose a lot despite a very faint soapiness
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
a strong and even a bit acrid attack, with even more oak than in the MMcD. Chlorophyll and green tea, lemon zest... Gets very green and bitter after a while, nothing to do with the nose – at all. Too bad
timer 피니시
long but very tannic. Well, I was prepared to go as far as 85+ points but the acrid palate pulls it down to around 75 points I’m afraid
