테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들고 코를 넣으면 36년이라는 숫자에 비해 향이 젊게 열려 졸인 체리와 자두, 자두 리큐어가 먼저 다가온다. 뒤로 구운 오크와 흙내, 노란 꽃이 스친다. 한 모금을 머금으면 마르산과 루산 와인 캐스크의 흔적인지 포도알 같은 새콤함이 돌고 오크 향신료가 다소 앞선다. 41도로 병입된 이 1969년 원액은 삼킨 뒤 홍차와 나무 향신료를 조용히 남긴다.
