향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
모레이 골프 클럽 이름으로 나온 12년 숙성분은 노즈의 신선함이 먼저 두드러진다. 조린 과일과 여러 종류의 꿀, 노란 꽃 향이 겹치고 리치와 장미 꽃잎 같은 향이 게뷔르츠트라미너를 떠올리게 한다. 팰럿은 전형적인 맥캘란의 구운 결을 지녀 브리오슈와 건포도, 구움과자, 미드가 차례로 발전한다. 40도라는 낮은 도수에도 향미가 흐려지지 않아 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 케이크 같은 단맛과 꿀이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

I like this so much better than the Edition N°4! It’s much fresher, brighter, fruitier, with more preserved fruits, various honeys, that floral side that works so well in Macallan (yellow flowers), and even wee touches of litchis and rose petals. You’re right, proper gewürztraminer

yes sir or ma’am, this is very nice indeed. Classic Macallan, with this wee toasted side that’s so pleasant, brioche, raisins, cakes, drops of mead, and some special honey. Why not manuka? Very good, and even the low strength does not raise any problems
