잔을 두어 번 돌린 뒤 코를 넣으면 하몽을 닮은 짭조름한 뉘앙스와 오래된 파이프 담배, 건포도가 차례로 올라오고 소박한 캐러멜이 그 아래를 받친다. 한 모금을 머금으면 꿀과 말린 과일, 밀랍이 서로 얽히며 셰리 특유의 란치오가 또렷이 드러난다. 셰리 호그스헤드에서 26년을 보낸 이 1995년 원액은 삼킨 뒤 담배 잎과 오래된 아몬티야도의 마른 향을 길게 남긴다.
