테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들고 잠시 기다렸다 코를 넣으면 아몬티야도를 닮은 산화된 셰리가 먼저 인사하고 태운 나무와 코코아, 토피가 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 호두 껍질과 다크초콜릿이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르다가 진하게 우린 홍차의 타닌이 입안을 조인다. 리필 셰리 호그스헤드에서 28년을 보낸 1990년 빈티지답게 삼킨 뒤에는 짧지만 바싹 마른 나무 연기와 마멀레이드가 코로 되돌아온다.

not very long but really dry. A bit of wood smoke and even more black tea, straight from the samovar. The sherry is back on the retro-olfaction, with a bit of marmalade
