테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 밀짚에 가까운 옅은 빛이 가볍게 번진다. 코를 가져가면 나무와 버터의 크리미한 향이 먼저 오고 갓 벤 풀과 민들레 같은 들꽃 내음이 뒤따르며 셰리의 흔적은 아주 옅게만 남는다. 한 모금을 머금으면 43도의 도수답게 몸이 가볍고 잘 익은 사과의 달콤한 과즙이 앞으로 나온다. 굴릴수록 캐러멜과 나무의 맛이 드러난다. 삼킨 뒤에는 짧고 담백한 마무리가 이어져 이 보틀링의 온순한 성격을 보여준다.

Short finish, on caramel and wood – getting sort of sour rather quickly. Like I thought the first time I tasted this new Mac, it really lacks personality. 77 points .
