향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
색은 셰리 벗이라는 표기에 비해 옅고 향도 리필 캐스크에 가깝다. 바나나와 작은 파인애플 같은 두툼한 과일이 앞서고 윌리엄스 배와 늦사과, 풍선껌과 마시멜로의 가벼운 단맛이 뒤를 잇는다. 51.2도의 입은 과일 젤리와 잼, 사탕이 이어지는 밝은 구성이며 말차와 오렌지 꽃물의 향이 결을 더한다. 25년의 숙성에도 증류액의 성격이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 신선한 과일과 곡물이 남는다.

That is to say rather fat fruits, around bananas and small pineapples (some American oak still at play, perhaps), williams pears, late-season apples, and unexpected hints of bubblegum and marshmallows.
