테이스팅 노트
짙은 호박색이 잔 안쪽에 무겁게 내려앉는다. 버번 캐스크에서 왔다고 하기에는 향이 유난히 진해 말린 파인애플과 구아바 같은 열대 과일이 태운 설탕의 단내와 함께 올라온다. 43도의 입은 소테른 와인을 닮은 달콤함과 말린 과일, 잘 익은 망고의 과육으로 넓어지고 곧 흰 후추와 정향의 매운맛이 뒤를 따른다. 1989년 증류된 이 보틀링은 마른 허브의 쌉쌀함을 여운에 남기며 오래 이어지는 끝맛으로 마무리된다.
