테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 붉은 기가 도는 짙은 앰버가 무겁게 돈다. 코를 가져가면 말린 자두와 자단나무, 파출리 같은 낯선 향이 겹치고 블랙베리 잼과 오래된 왁스, 수지가 뒤를 따른다. 한 모금 머금으면 신 체리 리큐어와 캐러웨이, 숙성된 레드 부르고뉴를 닮은 독특한 결이 혀 위에서 갈라진다. 흠까지 개성이 되는 종류의 술이다. 삼킨 뒤에는 신 체리가 되돌아오고 강한 쓴맛이 남는 셰리 옥타브 32년 숙성이다.
