잔을 흔들고 코를 가져가면 물냉이 같은 풋내가 먼저 스치고 곧 말린 자두와 초콜릿이 옛 올로로소의 방식으로 밀려온다. 뒤에서 마른 종이와 포르치니 버섯, 석탄 연기가 따라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 자두와 초콜릿이 다시 크게 오지만 포도주 같은 결이 강해 몇 초 뒤 흩어진다. 딸기잼의 단맛이 잠깐 남는다. 삼킨 뒤에는 블러드 오렌지와 퀴닌의 쓴맛이 짧게 지나가는 1986년 12년 숙성 미니어처다.
