향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
밀짚빛에 가까운 옅은 색이 잔 안에 맑게 비친다. 향은 레몬과 귤의 산뜻한 과일에 꽃내가 얹혀 가볍고 밝으며 오크에서 온 옅은 향신료가 뒤를 받친다. 입에서는 40도라는 도수가 오히려 산뜻함을 살려 시트러스와 구스베리, 허브차가 균형 있게 이어진다. 1995년 원액으로 만든 이 스페이몰트는 셰리보다 과일의 선명함으로 기억되는 쪽이다. 여운은 중간 길이로 서양배의 단내가 혀 위에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.

very nice, fresh and balanced. Citrus, gooseberry, herbal tea. Medium long finish, on pear. I like this one as much as the 1987 and 1988. Some perfect summer malts, that can bear an ice cube when it’s very hot. 84 points . Macallan 1995/2004 (40%, G&M, Speymalt) G&M bottle some great whiskies, but I must say this particular series always left me skeptical. Most were too weak and dry for my taste, so let’s check whether this brand new version is any better
