향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 코끝으로 가져가면 레몬과 귤 껍질의 산뜻한 향이 먼저 인사하고 흰 꽃 같은 결이 그 위에 얹힌다. 오크에서 온 옅은 향신료가 배경에서 균형을 잡는다. 한 모금 머금으면 40도의 가벼운 몸이 오히려 깔끔하게 느껴지며 감귤과 구스베리, 허브차의 맑은 쓴맛이 순서대로 지나간다. 삼킨 뒤에는 서양배의 단맛이 중간 길이로 남는다. 1995년 증류액을 2014년에 담은 이 보틀링은 더운 날 얼음 한 조각과도 무리 없이 어울린다.

very nice, fresh and balanced. Citrus, gooseberry, herbal tea. Medium long finish, on pear. I like this one as much as the 1987 and 1988. Some perfect summer malts, that can bear an ice cube when it’s very hot. 84 points . Macallan 1995/2004 (40%, G&M, Speymalt) G&M bottle some great whiskies, but I must say this particular series always left me skeptical. Most were too weak and dry for my taste, so let’s check whether this brand new version is any better
