잔을 흔들고 잠시 기다렸다 코를 대면 향이 좀처럼 앞으로 나서지 않는다. 마른 건초와 오트케이크, 옅은 꿀이 조심스럽게 스치고 녹차 잎 같은 서늘함이 뒤따른다. 한 모금을 머금으면 태도가 달라져 토피와 헤이즐넛, 마지팬이 또렷하게 살아나고 오렌지 케이크의 단맛이 혀 위로 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 감초와 오크에서 온 향신료가 중간 길이로 이어진다. 43도라는 도수가 이 1990년 스페이몰트를 편안한 쪽으로 이끈다.
