잔을 코앞에서 가볍게 흔들면 퍼스트필 버번 캐스크 세 통에서 온 향이 날카롭고 깨끗하게 다가온다. 아몬드와 박하가 또렷하고 젖은 백묵 같은 광물성 기운이 그 밑에 깔린다. 43도를 한 모금 머금으면 윤곽이 분명한 맛이 시간이 갈수록 커지며 뮤즐리와 블루베리가 지나간다. 삼킨 뒤에는 감초와 용담의 쌉쌀함이 서른세 해 숙성답게 길게 이어진다.
