테이스팅 노트
잔을 코끝까지 올리면 누가와 프랄린, 캐모마일 차 같은 조심스러운 향이 먼저 다가온다. 잔을 더 흔들면 갓 벤 건초와 호두, 건포도가 얇은 셰리 기운과 함께 열린다. 40도를 한 모금 머금으면 맛은 가늘고 풀 냄새 쪽으로 기울며 설탕을 넣지 않은 허브차와 마지팬, 자몽 껍질이 속삭이듯 지나간다. 삼킨 뒤에는 건포도 몇 알의 단맛만 짧게 남는다.
