향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
코냑을 닮은 호박색이 잔 안에 가라앉아 있다. 향은 뭉근하게 조린 복숭아와 설타나 건포도, 꽃가루와 꿀이 겹치며 단정한 우아함을 그린다. 뒤이어 무화과와 버터스카치, 밀크 초콜릿의 부드러운 층이 열린다. 입에서는 홍차의 탄닌이 먼저 닿고 커피와 초콜릿, 건포도가 이어지지만 40도의 낮은 도수 탓에 중반부터 빠르게 잦아든다. 여운은 짧고 건조하며 커피의 쌉쌀함만 끝까지 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

no it’s not, although I wouldn’t say it’s a fearless fighter. A wee tannicity right from the start (black tea), then rather coffee and chocolate, Smyrna raisins, perhaps prunes… But it tends to nosedive a bit after ten seconds, and that’s the lower strength. Having said that, there are funny notes of old Demerara rum, bordering on dried bananas, while it remains rather chocolaty and coffeeish, even while it starts to whisper really low

a little short, dry, with tannins, coffee… The finish is not the best part
