향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 둥글고 매끄러워 오래된 코냑에 가깝게 읽힌다. 조린 복숭아와 설타나 건포도, 꽃가루와 꿀이 앞서고 뒤로 무화과와 버터스카치, 밀크 초콜릿이 이어진다. 셰리 벗에서 숙성한 1967년 원액을 2005년에 병입했으며 색은 앰버에 가깝다. 팰럿은 초반부터 홍차 같은 탄닌이 있고 커피와 초콜릿, 스미르나 건포도가 중심을 잡지만 40도인 만큼 중반 이후 힘이 빠진다. 피니시는 짧고 건조하며 커피가 남는다.

no it’s not, although I wouldn’t say it’s a fearless fighter. A wee tannicity right from the start (black tea), then rather coffee and chocolate, Smyrna raisins, perhaps prunes… But it tends to nosedive a bit after ten seconds, and that’s the lower strength. Having said that, there are funny notes of old Demerara rum, bordering on dried bananas, while it remains rather chocolaty and coffeeish, even while it starts to whisper really low

a little short, dry, with tannins, coffee… The finish is not the best part
