잔을 흔들어 향을 깨우면 아주 옅은 볏짚빛에 어울리는 날카롭고 깨끗한 향이 먼저 다가온다. 코를 대면 아몬드와 박하가 또렷하고 젖은 백묵 같은 광물성 기운이 그 아래에 깔린다. 한 모금 머금으면 윤곽이 뚜렷한 맛이 시간이 갈수록 커지고 뮤즐리와 블루베리가 지나간다. 삼킨 뒤에는 감초와 용담 뿌리의 쌉쌀함이 길게 이어지며 서른세 해의 숙성을 드러낸다.
