향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
향의 출발점은 바다에 가까운 서늘함이다. 갓 벗긴 레몬 껍질과 옅은 재 냄새가 먼저 코에 걸리고 그 뒤로 사과 사이더의 상큼함이 명확하게 드러난다. 37년 숙성이라는 이력에 비해 노즈는 놀라울 만큼 산뜻한 편이다. 팰럿은 소금기와 타르, 훈연이 순서대로 발전하며 중반 이후 미네랄이 도드라진다. 43도 셰리 우드 보틀링이지만 단맛보다 짠맛과 광물성이 앞선다. 여운은 중간 정도이며 피트와 사과 산미가 정돈되어 남는다.
