향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
첫 향은 해안가를 연상시키는 청량함으로 열린다. 유칼립투스 오일을 떠올리게 하는 서늘한 기운과 옅은 훈연이 맞물리며 노즈가 깔끔하게 정돈된다. 1942년 증류된 이 보틀링은 33년의 시간에도 무겁게 눌리지 않고 가볍게 읽힌다. 입에서는 소금기와 재, 굴 껍질을 연상시키는 미네랄이 먼저 오고 사과 사이더의 산미가 뒤를 받친다. 43도의 절제된 도수 덕에 짜임새가 흐트러지지 않으며 피니시는 중간 길이로 피트와 레몬 껍질이 정갈하게 마무리된다.
