잔을 손목으로 돌리면 붉은 캡슐을 쓴 이 라이선스 병입의 옅은 볏짚빛이 천천히 자리를 잡는다. 코를 가까이 하면 나무와 버터 향이 먼저 오고 이어 갓 벤 풀과 마른 들꽃이 조용히 따라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 향에 비해 몸집은 가볍고 잘 익은 사과의 단맛이 앞에서만 또렷하다. 삼키고 나면 캐러멜과 오크가 짧게 스치며 43도의 단정한 균형만 남긴다.
