노즈에서는 오크와 풀 향이 먼저 두드러지고 이어 농가 마당과 사과 껍질, 부싯돌 같은 미네랄이 층을 더한다. 옅은 연기와 풍선껌, 파슬리까지 나타나 표정이 제법 복합적이다. 팰럿은 매끄럽고 분명하게 달다. 사과 콩포트와 꿀, 구운 브리오슈가 차례로 발전하고 뒤로 민트와 바닐라가 비친다. 피니시는 중간 이상으로 길며 맥아의 고소함과 꿀, 옅은 탄닌이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 43도 셰리 우드 15년다운 균형이다.
