테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 돌리면 옅은 금빛에서 신선한 꽃향이 먼저 새어 나온다. 코를 가져가면 리치와 장미 꽃잎, 여러 겹의 꿀이 잇달아 열려 게뷔르츠트라미너를 떠올리게 한다. 한 모금 머금으면 40도가 낮은데도 브리오슈와 건포도, 마누카 꿀 같은 진한 단맛이 또렷하다. 살짝 구운 듯한 결이 맥캘란다운 성격을 보여준다. 삼키고 나면 케이크 같은 단맛이 산뜻하게 마무리된다.

I like this so much better than the Edition N°4! It’s much fresher, brighter, fruitier, with more preserved fruits, various honeys, that floral side that works so well in Macallan (yellow flowers), and even wee touches of litchis and rose petals. You’re right, proper gewürztraminer

yes sir or ma’am, this is very nice indeed. Classic Macallan, with this wee toasted side that’s so pleasant, brioche, raisins, cakes, drops of mead, and some special honey. Why not manuka? Very good, and even the low strength does not raise any problems
