테이스팅 노트
잔을 돌려 향을 열면 처음엔 건조하고 무뚝뚝하지만 곧 블러드 오렌지와 딸기 잼, 건포도가 잇달아 부풀어 오른다. 뒤로는 구운 밤과 데메라라 설탕이 따라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 셰리의 붉은 베리가 가득 차오르고 오렌지 리큐어와 키르슈가 스친다. 어린 셰리답게 다소 직선적이다. 물을 더해 삼키면 생강 같은 오크 향신료가 앞으로 나와 여운을 길게 끌고 간다.
