테이스팅 노트
노즈는 셰리의 짙은 색채와 함께 연필 깎은 부스러기 같은 오크 향이 동시에 두드러진다. 자두와 산딸기, 대추야자에 카시스가 겹치며 계피와 코코아 파우더로 발전한다. 팰럿은 꿀처럼 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 과일잼 위로 정향과 감초, 민트가 층을 이룬다. 쓴 오렌지가 단맛을 붙잡아 균형이 단단하다. 피니시는 매우 길고 민트 감초의 상쾌함으로 끝난다. 54.8도 셰리 옥타브 캐스크 17년다운 구조감이다.
