향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 둥근 구석 없이 풀 향과 날카로운 곡물로 시작한다. 불린 보리와 죽, 갓 자른 잔디에 새 톱밥 같은 향이 겹치고 과일은 좀처럼 드러나지 않는다. 물을 더하면 작은 모렐로 체리가 겨우 비친다. 팰럿은 뉴메이크에 가깝게 사과주스와 자몽, 배와 풍선껌이 이어지고 키르슈 같은 증류 향이 남는다. 피니시는 짧고 좁으며 풀 향으로 끝난다. 55.3도 18년이지만 셰리의 도움 없이 원액 그 자체가 드러나는 보틀링이다.

Very little fruits that I can detect at this point, it seems to be a very austere Macallan. With water: a few fruits now, such as small morello cherries, perhaps. Also tons of barley – well, rather one kilo of course

it’s almost newmake, with these notes of apple juice, grapefruits, pears and bubblebum. An obvious feeling of kirsch or other plum spirits, and even touches of soap and paraffin. A little hard, I have to say. With water: same, and the grassy side grew even bigger
