테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 돌리면 금빛 술에서 꽃향이 먼저 새어 나온다. 코를 가져가면 캐모마일과 캐러멜이 잇달아 열리고 옅은 나무 연기가 뒤를 스친다. 한 모금 머금으면 46도가 산뜻하게 퍼지며 설탕에 절인 오렌지와 곡물 단맛이 이어진다. 셰리의 흔적은 거의 없고 대신 결이 맑다. 삼키고 나면 단정한 단맛이 짧게 남아 부담 없이 마르며 1991년 스피릿의 가벼운 성격을 드러낸다.

starts a little sugary, with quite some caramel and crystallized oranges. Very little sherry – there probably isn’t any and a balanced but simple finish.
