향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
호박빛이 잔 안에 진하게 고여 있다. 향은 프루트케이크와 퍼지, 건포도와 마멀레이드가 겹치고 그 사이로 시가 잎과 커피의 쌉쌀함이 스민다. 58.4도의 입 안은 강하지만 기름져서 모과와 오렌지, 미라벨 자두의 잼 같은 단맛이 묵직하게 입을 채우고 계피와 육두구, 후추가 뒤를 받친다. 물을 더하면 건포도와 꿀이 한층 부풀어 오르는 1987년 빈티지다. 여운은 제법 길고 건포도의 단맛과 향신료가 나란히 남는다.

excellent arrival, powerful, citrusy, very fruity, with a fat mouth feel. Many jams (quince, orange, mirabelles), honey, raisins (huge notes of raisins again!) and then our spices, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper. Classic. With water: water may work a little les on the palate, it brings a very minor soapiness out, even after having waited for a good ten minutes
