향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 두껍게 내려앉아 있다. 향은 구리 동전과 오래된 양철 상자 같은 금속성으로 시작해 자갈과 포푸리를 지나 말린 무화과와 옅은 피트 연기로 옮겨 간다. 48.3도의 입 안은 태운 오크가 강하게 앞서며 쓴 오렌지와 겨자, 카레 향신료가 거칠게 부딪친다. 서른다섯 해라는 시간이 매끄러움 대신 뚜렷한 각을 남긴 1967년 빈티지다. 여운은 길고 허브처럼 쌉쌀하며 건포도 같은 오크의 단맛이 마지막에 비친다.

rather metallic. Copper coins and old tin box, then gravel and potpourri, then dried figs and, indeed, a little peat smoke. It reminds me a little of Highland Park 12 years old, with this mild sherriness. There's some marzipan too, mouthwash... I like HP 12 better!

plenty of burnt oak, which makes it dissonant and, in my opinion, unpleasant. Bitter ashes, curry, bitter oranges, mustard, sawdust... Really difficult. Tends to gather its thoughts but it takes a lot of time to do that. Notes of blood oranges

long and curiously herbal and bitter. And acrid. A lot of raisiny oak in the aftertaste
