테이스팅 노트
셰리의 밀도가 노즈 전체를 지배한다. 오렌지 꽃과 모과 젤리, 술탄나가 앞서고 오래된 소테른과 훈제 햄, 파이프 담배와 젖은 흙이 그 뒤를 층층이 채운다. 52.2도의 팰럿은 크리스마스 케이크를 베어 문 듯 열리며 마른 과일과 초콜릿, 마지팬이 순서대로 발전한다. 초콜릿과 커피 계열의 미세한 풍미가 끝없이 이어진다. 피니시는 길고 입에 감기며 잼 같은 단맛을 스파이시한 뒷맛이 정리한다. 셰리 캐스크의 교과서다.
