테이스팅 노트
셰리의 존재감이 노즈를 지배한다. 모과 젤리와 설타나 건포도, 오렌지 꽃이 먼저 두드러지고 그 뒤로 훈제 햄과 파이프 담배, 오래된 종이의 뉘앙스가 층을 이룬다. 팰럿은 50도의 도수를 타고 말린 과일과 초콜릿, 마지팬이 차례로 명확하게 드러나며 부드러운 스파이스가 뒤를 받친다. 피니시는 길고 입안을 감싸지만 무겁지 않고, 다소 매콤한 끝맛이 균형을 잡는다. 1992년 원액을 20년 담은 올드 몰트 캐스크다.
