테이스팅 노트
잔을 여러 번 돌려 향을 끌어올리면 럼 캐스크의 흔적이 사탕수수와 흰 럼의 달큰함으로 먼저 드러난다. 코를 더 대면 건초와 사워크림 같은 서늘한 향이 그 아래 깔린다. 한 모금 머금으면 13년이라는 나이답게 곡물의 힘이 앞서고 조린 사과와 설탕 단맛이 뒤를 받친다. 삼키면 50도의 알코올이 혀뿌리를 스치고 옅은 커피와 풀 내음이 마지막에 남는다.
